PROGRAMS at TAEKWON KIDS
TAEKWON KIDS provides various programs designed for people of all ages, levels, and abilities. You may have initially discovered Taekwon Kids for Taekwondo lessons, but we offer so much more.
Our Taekwondo program is catered for students of all abilities. We have students who are competing at international competitions as well as some who are learning Taekwondo with special needs. Regardless of capability, our goal is for every student at Taekwon Kids to obtain important life lessons, a healthy mind and body, and leadership skills through a martial arts education.
Our Judo program is relatively new and is taught by not one, but two world-class Judo instructors. Master Sam Choi and Master Suyeon Lee are Olympians who have earned medals from numerous international championships. They also have experience in coaching and training many world champions.
Our Taekwon Fitness program features workouts designed specifically for women. Master Chin Sonu, who is a life-long martial artist and fitness enthusiast, developed a comprehensive workout curriculum for women. Taekwon Fitness provides a supportive environment where women can transform their lives in a healthy and positive way. Women who have never lifted a dumbbell have gone on to actively compete in triathlons and obstacle courses.
Can’t say enough great things about their program instructors are knowledgeable, patient with the kids, and work tirelessly to instill a sense of discipline and focus. Highly recommend.
A safe, friendly place for kids and adults to learn all levels of judo techniques. Master Sam and Master Mike are great teachers and competitors. Whether you are looking to learn self defense, trying to get back in shape or advancing your judo skills, I think this is one of the best in the state.
Our 2 sons have been with Taekwon kids for the last 4+ years and we have nothing but praises and admiration for Taekwon Kids staff & instructors.
